Meet David "Chico" Morales — your Camden pet and house sitter
Hi — I'm David "Chico" Morales, owner of Wateree Pet & House Sitter LLC. After 25 years and one day in law enforcement — including school-resource and supervisory work right here in the Camden community — I retired in November 2025. That career was built on showing up, paying attention, and treating people and their property with respect. Those same habits guide every visit I make.
I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, and I keep our service area strictly inside Kershaw County. Staying local means shorter drives, faster response when something needs attention, and a sitter who knows the back roads between Lugoff, Elgin, Bethune and Boykin.

Pets stay in their own home on their own routine — no boarding, no kennels, no strange smells or strange dogs. Dogs, cats, birds and small farm animals are all welcome, and every visit ends with photos and a short note so you never have to wonder.
If you don't have pets at all, we'll still check the house, bring in the mail, water the plants and make sure the doors and windows are secure while you're gone. Pets or no pets, we've got you covered.
