Cats tend to be tied to their territory, so we leave them in it. A standard pet sitting visit is $35, matching the rate on our services and rates page, and covers food, water, litter, attention and a general check of the house.
As general guidance and not a guarantee, cats often receive 1-2 visits a day. Routine, medication, age and your instructions set the actual schedule.
Standard household pet sitting is generally charged per visit; unusually large or livestock/multi-animal properties may fall under the separate $75 multi-animal and livestock visit policy.
What a cat sitting visit includes
- Feeding and fresh water on your cat's normal schedule
- Litter box scooping and cleanup
- Medication when clearly instructed by the owner
- Play and attention when your cat wants it

Shy and hiding cats
Plenty of cats disappear when a visitor walks in, and we don't force it. We check that food, water and litter have been used, follow whatever instructions you left, give your cat space, and write down what we saw. If something looks wrong, you hear from us right away.
No boarding, no standard overnights
We never take cats into our home or a facility. Overnight stays are not a standard service and are considered case-by-case only, based on the animals, the property and our schedule.

How often should someone visit my cat?

What happens if my cat hides the whole visit?
We give a shy cat space rather than pulling them out. We verify food, water and litter, follow your instructions, look for anything that seems off, and document what we observed in the update.
Do you take care of the litter box?
Yes. Litter boxes are scooped and cleaned up on every visit, and we let you know if anything looks unusual.
Can you give my cat medication?
We can give medication when the owner leaves clear written instructions and the medication labeled and ready at the home.
